Inna and Genna are owners/directors of Parent's Choice For Kids Preschool and Childcare
Inna has her Masters Degree in Child Development and Education from Ukraine State University and Genna graduated from University of Minnesota. Prior to Parents Choice For Kids Childcare Center, Inna ran an in-home daycare for 2 years, and prior to that, she taught History and Social Science for 3 years. Genna has 4 years of experience working for a childcare center in Mendota Heights, MN. Running this preschool program allows them to enjoy their favorite activities of working with children and meeting a variety of new people! Genna and Inna met when they were 13, in Middle School, and they’ve been best friends and soul mates ever since! They have a son, Aidan, who was born in 2003, and daughter Sareena, who was born in 2006. Genna is a big windsurfer, so he likes to spend a lot of his summer time on the lake. Inna loves archeology and has spent a lot of time on Archeological expeditions in the past. Due to the deficit of free time she now spends her time reading about archeology and watching the History Channel.

Debbie – Operations Manager/Cook
I graduated from Shakopee High School and then I went on to get my Cosmetology license. I worked in the salon business for a few years before coming to Parent’s Choice For Kids Child Care Center in 2002. My favorite part of working here is interacting with the kids and staff. And of course, I enjoy hearing the complements of a lunch well made! I have two children, Brandon and Ashley. We like to camp, play games together and I also enjoy walking and reading.

Joanie – Lead Infant Teacher
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Family Life and Child Development with a minor in Early Childhood Education from Mankato State University. I have worked at Parent’s Choice For Kids Childcare Center since July of 1994. I also worked with infants for 5 years prior to my current job with Parent's Choice For Kids. I enjoy working with the infants, they are the best! My favorite part of working at Parent's Choice For Kids are the staff and watching the children grow from infants to school age children. I have 2 wonderful children, Emily and Robby. We enjoy spending time together by going to the movies, doing outdoor activities, laughing and being silly. I also enjoy working in my flower garden, reading, and collecting birdhouses.

Stacy – Older Infants Teacher
Growing up I have lived in Bloomington, Burnsville, Eagan and ended up in Savage, where I attended Burnsville High School. After graduation I went to Rasmussen College and got my degree in Early Childhood Development in 2002. In 2004 I moved to a cute town called New Prague where I am now.
I have over 4 years of experience working in childcare center, plus numerous baby-sitting jobs. I have 2 girls who were attending Parent’s Choice For Kids Preschool and now go to school in New Prague, and a baby girl who is in the infant classroom at Parent's Choice For Kids.
I enjoy working at Parent’s Choice For Kids because of fun atmosphere that staff created and the kids feed of it. I love coming to work everyday and teaching the kids. I also like it here because I am close to the mall and I love shopping, walking, and skiing.

Chelsea – Younger Toddlers Teacher
I graduated from Rasmussen College in 2003 with Certificate in Early Childhood Education. However, I started working in childcare when I was 17 years old. Over the years I worked for Kindercare, Aspen Academy, and I was a nanny for a family. I like how everyone is committed and involved into daily life of kids here at Parents Choice For Kids, and I enjoy a great group of kids and their parents who I work with on the daily basis. Also, I wanted to share with everyone that I am getting married in April 2008.

Greg – Preschool Teacher
I went to University of Minnesota and took Child Development classes. I started at Parents Choice For Kids Childcare in August of 2001 and worked part-time until a full time position in the Stars classroom opened up. Before that I worked at the Shirley B. Moore lab school at the University of Minnesota. In 1997 my family and I moved to Delaware where I worked at Bright Horizons/Family Solutions childcare center in the young toddler room. I moved up with the kids when they became preschoolers. Before that, I worked at Parent's Choice For Kids from 1994-1997. I have also worked at Children’s World and with my Mom at her in-home daycare. My favorite part about working at Parent's Choice For Kids is the people. He kids are great, the parents are nice, and my co-workers are about the best I’ve had to work with. I have 6 birds and a snake as pets. My wife plays hockey, so I’m known as a “hockey husband”. I’ve been to almost all of her games, even in Duluth, Wisconsin, and Michigan

Rachel – Preschool Teacher
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Augsburg College. I have worked at Parent’s Choice for Kids Childcare since September 2006. Previously, I have worked at a school daycare center, the Minnesota Children’s Museum, and as a nanny. I am an avid reader, and love reading stories to kids. I also love painting activities and singing songs! My husband Tom and I enjoy being outside and visiting family and friends.

Jerrod – Preschool Teacher
I currently attend Mankato State University. I am pursuing an Early Childhood major. I do a lot of volunteer work with the kids, and enjoy being surrounded by kids. I like working at Parent's Choice For Kids because I love to see kids learn. It is a fun environment, and my coworkers are like a second family for me. In my free time I love to read, swim, cook and watch movies.

Gloria – Assistant Teacher
I graduated from Bronx Community College in New York with an Associate Degree. I started at Parent's Choice For Kids in August of 1995. Before that, I worked at St. Peter’s parochial school for 9 years. My favorite pars of working at Parent's Choice For Kids are the children, their parents, and my wonderful co-workers. Plus, it is great to get to play and get paid for it! I am originally from New York City, which is where I met my husband, a St. Paul Police Officer, of over 25 years. I have 2 children; they’re both in college. I love to ride my ATV’s, swim in my pool, and I love going to the beach. I don’t like winter, but I love Minnesota!

Sara – Assistant Teacher
I attended Inver Hills Community College Child Development courses, and I also got my Culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu college. Prior to joining Parent's Choice For Kids, I worked at YMCA childcare center for the past 3 years. I love the way it feels like family here at Parent's Choice For Kids. I also enjoy knowing there is always someone here with a warm smile. Also, I love bringing my 3 kids here, and I can peek at them and give them hugs whenever I can. In my spare time I enjoy reading, going to the park with my three kids, watching movies and football.

Carleen – Experienced Aide
I graduated from New Prague High School, my main education was art in High School. I have worked in childcare field a over 7 years; most of that time I worked with toddlers, and I do have a lot of experience with infants. What I like about Parents Choice For Kids is the staff is very easy to get along with. Some things that I like to do are I play guitar, paint, draw, rollerblade, and play the piano.

Becky – Teachers' Aide
Becky has been working at Parent’s Choice For Kids since March of 2006. This year she is graduating from Apple Valley High School and planning to start her Early Childhood College courses in the fall. Prior to joining Parent’s Choice For Kids Becky got a lot babysitting experience. Becky enjoys working at Parent’s Choice For Kids because “it is a lot of fun to do something new with the kids every day”. It is easy for the kids make Becky laugh, and they make her day as soon as she gets to work. In her free time, she likes to write and listen to music, hang out with her friends and drive around in her car.

Brittney – Teachers' Aide
Brittney has been working at Parent’s Choice For Kids since April of 2007. Brittney always wanted to work with kids and she is very happy to have the opportunity to be with your kids. According to Brittney, “Kids joy and spirit make even a bad day brighter”. Brittney will graduate from Apple Valley High School this year. Currently she is attending college course at St Kate, where she is planning to study speech pathology and work with children who need help with their speech as well as teaching them sign language. Brittney is a Certified Babysitter by the American Red Cross.
